為什麼頭皮總是出油？

人類的頭皮有約莫十萬個毛囊，一個毛囊內有一到1-6條皮脂腺，而皮脂腺所產生的油脂其實是用來保護頭皮與頭髮的。

但如果皮脂腺油脂分泌過多，就會讓頭髮看起來油膩與扁塌，而影響頭皮過度出油的原因有很多種，這邊先跟大家淺提4個要素。

1. 頭皮出油跟體質有關
頭皮出油的狀況跟體質有直接的關係，如果體內濕熱、先天皮脂分泌旺盛，就會造成頭皮容易出油。另外青春期時皮脂本來就會分泌較旺盛，隨著年紀越大，皮脂分泌也會慢慢減少。

2. 頭皮出油跟飲食有關
常常吃動物性脂肪含量高、過辣、過油等等刺激性的食物，也會讓皮脂分泌過盛，另外牛奶、起司等高蛋白食品也會讓皮脂分泌旺盛。

3. 頭皮出油跟作息有關
作息不正常會刺激腎上腺素分泌，讓體內代謝紊亂，導致長時間分泌皮脂醇。

4. 清潔
不定期清潔、清潔不當都會造成頭皮角質增厚，讓油質堆積。反之，過度清潔也會讓頭皮太乾燥，促使皮脂腺分泌更多油脂。
